1 General Terms and Conditions

Ki333 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between ki333 and its users.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account with ki333. Accounts registered by ineligible individuals will be closed immediately.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. ki333 is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
• KYC verification (identity and address proof) may be required before withdrawals can be processed.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is prohibited.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Ki333 supports deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and more. Minimum and maximum limits vary by payment method.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Ki333 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, fees imposed by the payment gateway may apply.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited. The payment method used for deposits must match the one used for withdrawals.
• If suspicious transactions are detected, ki333 may temporarily hold a deposit pending verification.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from ki333. Withdrawal processing typically takes anywhere from a few minutes up to 24 hours.

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This is a one-time requirement.
• Withdrawn funds will only be sent to the registered payment method on file.

• A specific wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing funds after claiming any bonus.
• Ki333 reserves the right to hold and investigate any withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Each person is eligible once.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw after claiming a bonus, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., x30). This requirement varies for each bonus.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6 Gaming Rules

Ki333 offers Sports Betting, casino, fish games, slots, and more. Each game category has specific rules displayed before play begins.

• All game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). No manipulation is possible.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, ki333 will provide an appropriate resolution.
• Bets placed on Sports Betting generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Any exceptions will be communicated separately.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live game, the outcome will be determined based on the last confirmed game state.
• In the event of any dispute over game rules, ki333's decision shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ki333 platform. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using software, bots, or automation to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs to obtain bonuses or winnings.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Threatening, abusing, or using offensive language toward other users or ki333 staff.
• Attempting to complete KYC using a false identity or forged documents.

8 Account Closure & Deactivation

Ki333 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account under the following circumstances.

• Upon discovery of any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Upon discovery of evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• By order of a court or government authority.
• The user voluntarily submits a request to close their own account.

Users may contact ki333 Support at any time to close their account. Any valid balance will be made available for withdrawal, unless the closure is due to fraud.

9 Limitation of Liability

Ki333 strives to ensure uninterrupted service at all times. However, ki333's liability will be limited under the following circumstances.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device failure.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Unexpected technical failures beyond ki333's control.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error.
